I took my first barre class years ago in NYC. I continued taking classes after moving to Phoenix, and saw amazing results both inside and out. I was fortunate to start training at a boutique barre studio in Old Town, and have been teaching ever since! Barre is not only about exercise, but about being surrounded by strong and independent people who are helping each other build confidence and esteem. When I'm not doing barre, I'm traveling the world or making jewelry!
